    This place doesn't even look clean. Walked in, and seconds later walked right out. They got holes in the roof, objects all over the kitchen area and ordering area are dirty. Weeks old dirty. Black spots all over the place. Just nasty. Walked right out.

    Prices are definitely a li'l bit cranked to hit up the tourists ($6-something for a basic one-meat bowl with no veggies and $9-ish for The Works combo with two meats and veggies) but it's good in a pinch in an area that is otherwise pretty much just meh fast food.

    Food quality is good and the portion sizes are decent at least.

    Don't be fooled by the run-down exterior - the food is tasty and cooked well. My chicken bowl had generous portions of chicken with steamed cabbage, carrots, and broccoli, and rice. The teriyaki sauce is yummy too!

    For a teriyaki bowl place in the middle of the California desert, they do a good job!
